Quay Belle, Property Manager at Heather Hill Apartments in Temple Hills, Maryland was awarded the Prince George’s Waste Diversion & Recycling Award on behalf of John J. Neville, Chairman, Keep Prince George’s County Beautiful. After reviewing a nomination submitted highlighting the contributions to keep Prince George’s County clean, green and beautiful; Mrs. Belle was selected to receive this prestigious award. The award ceremony was held at the Prince George’s County Community College in Largo, Maryland.
